📅 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The fairy lamp must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Because our products are delicate glass and crystal décor items, they must be returned carefully to prevent damage.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized fairy lamps

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.

📦 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Attach clear photos if the item arrived damaged

Our support team will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as this may delay processing.

💎 Damaged or Defective Fairy Lamps

We take great care packaging our crystal fairy lamps and vintage glass lamps, but in rare cases damage may occur during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we aim to resolve issues quickly.

💳 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
